Minimum Service Call: $120
Standard Hourly Rate: $80–$100 (used for small tasks or time beyond flat-rate sessions)

Larger projects (bathrooms, flooring, decks, remodels) are quoted separately with custom estimates.

🔨 What Can Typically Be Done

4-Hour Session ($300)

Great for clearing that “to-do” or “honey-do” list. Typical examples may include:

• Electrical: Replace one or more standard light fixtures or ceiling fans, depending on installation conditions.

• Plumbing: Repair a leaky faucet and install a garbage disposal

• Walls: Patch 2–3 medium drywall holes (prepped for paint)

• Safety: Install smoke/CO detectors and replace a standard deadbolt

8-Hour Session ($500)

Designed for larger tasks or light property turnover work:

• Flooring: Install LVP in a small bathroom or laundry room

• Exterior: Power wash a deck, repair siding, fix a gate latch

• Kitchen: Install a backsplash and replace cabinet hardware

• Mobile Homes: Skirting inspection and minor heat tape repairs

📌 Pricing & Booking Policies

Estimates:
Small standalone repairs are billed using our $120 minimum service call or standard hourly rate. Multi-task visits may be booked as 4-hour or 8-hour flat-rate sessions. Larger and multi-day projects receive detailed written estimates.

Deposits:
A deposit is required to secure your scheduled date. Deposits apply directly to your total project cost.

Cancellations:
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a 20% administrative fee.

Transaction Fees:
Payment-processing fees charged by third-party payment providers are non-refundable to the extent permitted by law and the provider’s terms. Any applicable customer surcharge will be disclosed before payment.

Materials:
Special-order or project-specific materials are non-refundable once purchased.
