From small home repairs to remodeling, mobile home repairs, exterior work and roofing projects, we’ll review the scope of work and provide clear pricing based on what your project actually requires.

How Our Pricing Works
Small Repairs & Service Calls
For smaller standalone repairs, our minimum service charge starts at $120.
This helps cover travel, setup, tools, business overhead and the time required to professionally complete even a small repair.
Whenever possible, we’ll provide an expected price or price range before scheduling.
Project-Based Work
Most larger jobs are quoted with a written project estimate rather than an hourly rate.
This includes work such as:
Bathroom repairs and remodeling
Kitchen updates
Flooring installation
Drywall and painting
Mobile home skirting and repairs
Subfloor replacement
Siding, soffit and fascia repairs
Deck and porch repairs
Fence repairs and installation
Roof repairs and shingle roof replacement
Storm and insurance-related repairs
Multi-day home improvement projects
Your estimate will outline the agreed scope of work and pricing before the project begins.
What Affects the Cost of a Project?
Every job is different. Final pricing may depend on:
Size and complexity of the project
Existing damage or deterioration
Accessibility of the work area
Removal and disposal requirements
Material selections
Required preparation
Hidden or concealed damage discovered during the project
Special-order materials
Permit or inspection requirements when applicable
If additional work is discovered that falls outside the original scope, we’ll discuss it with you before proceeding.
Materials
Your estimate will specify whether materials are included or billed separately.
For larger or material-heavy projects, a deposit may be required before scheduling or ordering materials. Any required deposit will be clearly stated in your written estimate and applied toward the total project cost.
Special-order and project-specific materials may be non-refundable once purchased.
Scheduling
Standard scheduling is based on current availability.
Limited Saturday appointments may be available.
Sunday: Closed
Rush, priority or expedited scheduling may be available depending on the project and may involve additional cost.
Insurance & Storm Damage Repairs
Have damage from a storm, fallen tree, water intrusion or another covered loss?
RJS HandiWorks can inspect the visible damage and provide repair pricing based on the work required.
Detailed Insurance Estimates
Detailed insurance estimates are $120.
Insurance estimates often require additional time to document damage, review the insurance scope, prepare an itemized repair estimate, calculate labor and materials, and properly document the work required.
If RJS HandiWorks is approved to complete the repairs, the full $120 insurance estimate fee will be applied toward the cost of the job.
If you already have an insurance estimate or scope from your insurance company, please provide it along with any available photos or claim documentation so we can compare the insurance scope with the repairs actually needed.

Fix Now, Pay Over Time
Eligible customers may have financing or installment-payment options available through participating third-party payment providers.
Available terms, approval requirements and payment schedules are determined by the payment provider.
